Subject: RE: Please recommend a Tabatas Timer appI'll be curious to see if anyone suggests a good app. For myself, I just use a stop watch, or a regular wall clock that has a second timer. Tabatas are easy to time, since they're :20 on and :10 off x 8 = 4:00 total. Even for other HIIT, MIIT, and complex VIIT protocols, I've found that a stop watch and wall clock work fine, but I'm always interested in better ways to do things. |
