I think of all the things Trump has done and will do his biggest legacy (if you put much stock in legacy) is his remaking the judiciary. This is not just him but made possible by GOP majorities in Congress. If the GOP doesn't lose Congress in November I'd give 5 to 4 odd (pun intended) that Trump will have the chance to replace one and possibly two liberals on the court. In what could be more bad news for liberals is Kagan might be coming to her senses. Great spin on in this article but I find it rather disconcerting that any justice would vote one way or the other based on politics/posturing for future decisions as this article asserts.
