I think this is what's driving the BH within the DNC. Knowing that Trump can and will stack the SCOTUS. They know Ruthie is hanging by a thread and most likely he will get to replace her as well. Look for them to pull out all the stops to prevent this from happening. Once the SCOTUS is stacked with Constitutional judges, the DNC won't be able to use the court to legislate. They will have to go back to doing things the way the Constitution intended, through the House, Senate and Executive branches.

Now that the blue wave has devolved into a blue trickle down the pants leg of the party, they're going to have to play bi-partisan politics to further their agenda. I hope the GOP grows a spine at that point and tells them to shove it.
