Tri bike top tube repair question

Looking for opinions. I’m looking to buy a 2012 Scott plasma 3 Tri bike (carbon) However the top tube has been repaired due to a crack. Comes with a 5 yr warranty, but with the frame being cracked at one time it concerns me. Don’t want to spend the money and it does it again. It was repaired by Broken Carbon in Colorado. Any opinions are welcomed. Thanks
