Ironman bike number placement

Hey freaks...what is the ruling on the placement of the stem number sticker? My stem is covered with a bottle cage/computer mount. Is there an acceptable alternative placement? I have a flat area on the mounting plate for the bottle cage that is visible from the top. I really hate to change my cockpit prior to the race. The cage is kind of optional as I primarily just use it for empty bottle storage but the plate also holds my computer. Side note: I had considered cutting open an old X Labs torpedo and using it as a bento box. It's taper time and have to get everything sorted. I don't need curve balls.

If you wonder why I'm not using a traditional BTA application, it's because I'm not using a traditional set of bars.
