The Spring is for eating and putting up fish and mushrooms, the Summer is for growing, eating and putting up vegetables. Now comes the real season......time to put up some good meat.

First trays of the year ready for the dehydrator.......this is goose....killed Sunday. Turkey, duck, and deer soon!!

We're off to a good start......not as tasty as duck or deer jerky, but it'll work at the tailgate Saturday.

Look....everybody gets behind the gardening, it's time to give protein some equal playing time. In honor of my "just say no" to any liberal policy anywhere, I'm going to post an equal number of meat pictures this winter. We've got to eat dammit.....this President of ours is ruining the economy and making it hard to shop and afford meat that someone else killed.
