Subject: Howdy from Louisville
I am new here and a triathlete in training. I am from couch to Ironman 70.3, I have come a long way but have so much more to overcome. I have only been training for 2 months.

Welcome to this site.

Couch to 70.3 can be done. I went couch to sprint in 6 months at age 59 and ten months later finished a 70.3 (also did three sprints that summer). I can only tell you that the sense of personal accomplishment at reaching your goal will be way more intense in real life than you imagine it will be. Keep training and go for it!
