Sports Bras

What kind of a world has this become and who the hell is responsible for this much stupid??

My god.....we are going backwards.  Who are the morons who do this?

I came of age in the 70's.....girls wore halter tops.....they were awesome.  Girls loved them, guys loved them, it wasn't even a thing....it was a top!!! 

Now sports bras are a thing?  HOW???? It's a forking top!!!! If the girls like them, who cares if they wear them??  I'd like to find every person who comes up with this ridiculous bullchit and throw them off the planet.

I was not sure what a halter top was. I was picturing a tube top. But there is a difference....I think.

More on women's fashion. My wife and I were walking somewhere and saw a woman that was at least 400 lbs on the hoof. She was wearing skin tight leotards that and skin tight top that, unfortunately, left nothing to the imagination. I told my wife, it's funny how our generation dressed/dresses to hide our obesity with oversize/baggy and dresses but the younger generations seems to want to flaunt their fat. As if to say, "Look at how fat I am! I don't care that you think I am a walking heart attack, I am proud to have 2 butts!" Oh well, to each his/her own. I just smile and try not to chuckle as they waddle past.

What does it halt?

My wife has half a dozen halters.....she uses them on her horses. I'm sure if I asked her to try one on I would get wacked in the head with whatever she happened to be holding.

So, are we bludgeoning each other over the definition of a halter top or whether women should wear sports bras? Confused in South Texas...

Sports bras look to me to be more comfortable than regular bras and since they are made for 'sports' presumably they provide better support. Which begs the question, why wouldn't women wear them every day?

Don't get your panties in a wad Francis. Panties? Not to change the subject but.....I was in the locker room and took my towel out of my gym bag and kinda flung it open. When I did a pair of pink panties goes sailing thru the air across the crowded locker room. "Achem...uh...those are mine....well not mine per se....uh....static cling...."

So you really think women wear bras just to make me happy? I think they miscalculated and got me all wrong.....

On a related note.....was walking out of the building yesterday behind a woman who was wearing a skirt and very high-heeled shoes. I remember thinking, 'man, I'd kill myself if I tried to balance on those things'. I heard years ago the 'reason' woman wear high heels is to please me. Well, not me but men in general. It makes their calf muscles flex so they have nicely shaped legs. But geesh, that cannot be comfortable! I'm all about comfort.
