I fell HARD and bloodied my left knee and leg in gravel, but still got my goal of sub 40.
What would you do differently?:

Stay upright and not hit the gravel on that turn hard.

Fine small 5k, with stuff for the kids in the parking lot. Very Flat course, good for trying for a PR, but plenty of turns.
