60 minutes on the trainer today. Good start to the week.
I was watching a drive through of the IMLP bike course. I really like that course! It's a great place to enjoy some speed and then embrace the suck of the big climbs.
Anyhoo, couple eggs and a shower, then off to the JOB!

This morning was Masters swim practice. 2350 yards in about an hour. First time I've been to practice in a few weeks, though I've gone on my own a few times during that time.
I am less than 2 miles from my annual running miles goal, so after a bit of a nap and some breakfast, I am going to go back to the Y and get them in on their indoor track. I made my swim and bike goals already, and I've made my monthly goals 9 months this year, which is the most since I've started this silliness.
