Subject: RE: 02.02.2020 Sunday 7 and some change on the treadmill this morning. 1 mile warm up with 6 x 1 mile repeats at half marathon pace, 2' recovery intervals. Felt strong and controlled through all the repeats, hopefully a good sign for my race on the 22nd.
scoty, that's what makes triathlon so difficult. Figuring out how to plan one discipline is hard enough, much less 3. I kind of let my race schedule guide my training. My first triathlon isn't until June, so Im in more of a run focus block right now. I try to get on the trainer at least 2 times a week right now and the rest of my time is spent running. That will soon change around March, though. |
