Subject: 03.14.2020 Saturday Follies
40 miles on the trainer.

I was watching a documentary on Oasis (the band) while I was riding. It was a pretty good ride, very smooth.

It's a funny thing, riding alone in the garage with the door open. Bright sunshine, 39*, no wind.

Life is good.

Nice! I got a wild hair and jammed to Oasis on the ride home from Atlanta this afternoon. Nostalgia hit hard.

Short 3.33 mile run on the treadmill tonight just to get the legs moving. Didn’t do any training yesterday, but did walk around 7 miles through downtown Atlanta. Fun times!
