Subject: Sunday Runday 3-22-20
Happy Sunday everyone!

Got out for a 9 mile run this afternoon. Perfect weather for 8 miles and then the heavens opened and it got really wet for the last mile. We needed a good washing though, pollen count has been high the last 2 weeks. All the rain runoff was yellow and green from all the pollen. Beautiful day for a run though, dogwoods and wisteria are in bloom as well as the azaleas.

I got an hour in on the bike trainer yesterday.

Following that, painted the basement. UGGHHH
