Course: 20 km out and back course. Helmets are mandatory and must be worn while in possession of your bike. Bare torsos are not permitted. Race number bibs to be worn on your back during the bike portion. Drafting is not permitted. Bikes must be walked through transition to bike start on Sir Winston Churchill Ave. Volunteers will be at the turn-around to guide you and record race numbers.

Course: 5 km flat run. Race number bibs to be worn on the front for the run portion. Single loop course exiting the transition area left onto Cunnigham Road running on sidewalk. Run through the driveway in front of Paul Kane School and continue on the sidewalk on Cunningham Road. Turn left onto Hebert and run on the street edge following the pylons. There is a short out and back through park area at the 2 km point. Volunteers will be at the turn around to record race numbers. Aid station will be at the 2.5 km mark where you will turn left onto Fraser running on the sidewalk. Run to the end of Fraser and turn left onto Sir Winston Churchill, running on the sidewalk in the shade. Turn left on Fairview which will take you to park area. The park trail will take you behind Fountain Park Pool to the finish line. Water will be available at the finish line.
