Best treadmill for home use which one is worth buying?

hi guys, i been struggling for weeks to find a good treadmill for home. i dont have time for gym so i really want something that last long and not waste of money.
i already read alot of reviews from sites like wirecutter, new york times, mens health and even scrolled many blogs like livestrong and reddit threads. after all that research it look like mostly people keep coming back to these 2 models:

both of them seems solid and got tons of reviews. some say one has better durability, other say the running belt and motor are stronger. i am really stuck between these 2 choices.
can anyone with more experience help me out? which one do you think is best for daily home use and will last longer?
