One think you would have to make sure of, is that for the foods you log, that they HAVE calcium reported as a number or zero - if it's N/A as you view the label or the advanced nutrient details, and you log it, then the graphs will be under-reporting your calcium level. You can also create custom foods with the reported calcium level as %DV so that you know all foods you log include the nutrient values you are looking for so it will be more accurate. |
