I ordered two copies of this book with intention of giving one to a friend, but he already had it. So now i've got an extra copy, brand new 3rd edition. Got it on Amazon for like $20 so if i can make that back i'll be happy (that price includes shipping, i'll be nice).

 btw...i love the book, i ordered this and the triathletes bible to have a more versatile workout plan and to work on my cycling technique and i'm glad i did. A great addition to the collection. let me know, first come first serve
