Still focused on this program thru April. I feel the holiday and cramming in Week 11 into 3 days was a flat or negative week in results. Looking forward to the next 3 weeks being focused and making gains.
I, on the other hand, had just one session, kind of scattered. Paid the price for working my calves in a new way. This week should be better. At least I am getting to the gym to lift at least once a week since this started, that is progress for me.
