If you are interested in joining up on the Florida team post here with your goals in Distance (yards) or time (minutes). Unless someone wants it I'll volunteer to captain the FL team... My goal is to get in 522 minutes |

May I propose a slight variation on calculating goal attainment (yes, it's entirely self-serving). Record a weekly goal attainment for an overall monthly goal attainment? Otherwise, I'll end up doing my usual - swimming 20,000 yards during the last 4 days of the month. An average weekly-goal-obtained measuring system would hold my feet to the fire and result in better training. |
