Have always been a runner. Did 1st Duathlon (run-bike-run) 2 yrs ago in France. Training here in Mali, but will try my 1st Tri in Europe, if not, somewhere in the USA.

Hey friends in Africa:

Do you know about cycling tours in Africa? I read once about a Trans Africa bike tour from maybe Egypt to Uganda or even further south. I thought: 1) logistically impossible, 2) uphill all the way 3) beyond cool.

Does such a thing really exist?
