Here it is...figure I'd get on this earlier. Closing in on the Narrow Grip Bench's goal weight...that will be the first to fall I think. I will be moving up in Straight Barbell Curls and possibly Bent-Over Rows. Everything is is getting increasingly difficult to make big gains anymore.

Well, I'm still around. I started this fat loss program so I may need to change my goals a bit. I did 9 reps with my strong arm with the 32 kg (70 lb.) kettlebell. My goal is to do 5 reps with the 40 kg. Based on an estimate, this translates to about 2, maybe 3 reps with the 40. I'll try with the actual 40 next week.

Small gains last week, coming off the weird week from Thanksgiving. I got approval from the building manager to purchase some equipment for our Small Fitness Center. A Chin up/Dip Station. I was looking at this one: http://www.megafitness.com/chin-dip-leg-raise.html Anyone have an opinion on this? Also a heavy bag which we will install from the Ceiling. I've always wanted to learn how to hit a bag. Hear its a great workout!
