Subject: Strength Challenge - 12-10-06 check-in

Hey - I actually had 3 lifting sessions in last week.

 Quality was pretty decent on two of them.  The third was a struggle.  Kind of deflated the progress I felt I was making. 

This week it is now Weds and I have not been lifting yet.  That should change tonight after the swim.

Got sick the end of last week, so no triceps or shoulders.  Wouldn't you know it...right when gains are being made!  At least I can eat solid food now.  Next week will not be pretty either.

Hope everyone else is doing better!

Flat week, had to do Chest after a swim last wednesday (normal day is Friday) so I changed the routine to do Dips in the middle of the workout instead of Last.  Amazing how a little change like that can yeild a great gain!!  Ron glad to see your better.

I was a little surprized that not more people joined our challenge.  They will be jealous joining late in January and only getting small strength gains by April!!!!

Ron, may your body heal and the Christmas season balance with the workouts, great gains will come from the rest.

 

Matt- way to learn a lesson about varying the routines!!  Great illustration of a principle I had heard about.
