It's nice to read about all the elites and those with no body fat, and how they do it as far as their training plans, food plans and everything, though for me, it doesn't do me any good, as I'm slow and fat. That's why I liked Slow Fat Triathlete so well. It was a simple book about a simple way to start working you way to a better you. This is a book for the average person. I guess once I am to the point that I am skinny and fast, maybe even a very competitive age grouper, I'll have to start reading the other books for their advice as well.
