Subject: RE: February Bike + Run Challenge - Team BlueHad a good week last week which includes the 1st 4 days of this month.
Ran a Tuneup Race on Sunday (A Half Marathon ) and did a 40 mile ride Saturday afternoon to build up some fatigue for the race. (I needed to know what it feels like to race a Half with a bunch of bike fatigue )
4 Day Totals for the week:
Run: 44 Miles (Including the Half )
Bike: 60 Miles (40 on the road, and 20 on the trainer )
This week is a cutback week for me and should get in round 60 miles of running and about double that for the bike if all goes well. The rest of the month is back to normal training volumes.
