I used a bento box for steelhead 70.3 and thought it was great! I stocked it will gels, salt tablets and a power bar. made it much easyer than reaching into my back pocket. Plan on useing it for all my races this year.

I crammed as may gels and power bars as I could get into it for my Ironman. It is nice to have it in front of you and it is a reminder to eat while you are biking.

I put my spare tube and CO2 in there, along with my skittles. I got rid of it, though, and prefer to just use my back pockets now. Today I went on an 80 miler and managed to fit the flowing in my pockets:

large ziploc of almond m&m's
water bottle (had 2 in cages but wanted to carry 3)
Peanut butter sandwich
tube
CO2
10 bucks
cell phone
ipod

It's great for the remote when you're on the trainer, too!
