change avatar?

Hey Ron,

I'm trying to change my avatar, but every time I try to upload the new photo, the old one shows up instead.  I've tried deleting my old photo, submitting changes, and closing the window before logging in and trying to upload a photo, but it just keeps putting the old picture back up.

Thanks for everything you've done to make this site what it is!!
