Weight workout with my wife today (uh yesterday. ) 45 minutes of free weights plus abs.
I also went out to get some goggles - one of three things I need before embarking on the swim part of my training (having been absent from the sport for, um, 25 years - the last meet I swam at was when I was 17! ) I also need a pair of speedo's (people still use these right? ) and a cap since my hair is almost to my belt and would probably strangle me or the person behind me in the pool if I dont contain it! |
