Only for very advanced triathletes, WinTheSwim.com promise customized routines, and they simply provide standard (and very advanced, I insist) routines every week. Their Q&A with the coach works, but even after using it and getting advice from the coach, they do not take you seriously. Very frustrating. Anybody else has experienced the same feeling with WinTheSwim.com?
