So far for me i've done 205 minutes of training stuff. I swam and biked this week. And I did an hour of yoga. Tonight, I'll do some running. Okay, jogging, but it feels like running to me.
Tomorrow, I'll be doing a crap load of walking. I'm going to see the Astros play in Houston, and I'm sure I'll be walking many-a-block to the ballpark and back.
