Subject: How do I change my home address?

I figured out how to change the location for my weather but not the location that shows up when I post

and not the default state that shows up in the regional forums.

Never mind, I figured I would find it as soon as I asked the question.

I kept going to the control panel Icon under quick links instead of the control panel between home and help

...yeah, not feeling uber-smart today.
