Elite  2733     Venture Industries, |  Subject: The worst month in historyThis has been the worst month ever. I've trained a total of about 5 days all month. First Hurrican Charley hits, then Hurricane Frances hits, then I get some funky virus that has my body temp fluctuating constantly, and now it looks like hurricane Ivan is heading right for us. Assuming my home town still exists next week maybe I can get back to it. Although if we take a direct hit from Ivan my little town is done. Two cat 4 hurricanes in a year!!! Just venting!!!! | Veteran 238 Oviedo, FL | Subject: RE: The worst month in history This season has seriously been freakish...I'm telling ya I haven't gotten many training days in..my gyms been closed b/c its being used as a shelter. If Ivan were to hit Oviedo will be entirely flooded...no question about it...parts of us and Geneva are flooded already b/c of the St. Johns river overflowing. I'm really praying it turns...it's already killed 20 people... |

| Elite 2733 Venture Industries, | Subject: RE: The worst month in history Well I'm boarding up my house tonight after work, then me and the family are heading to the East coast of Florida to wait and see. I also have reservations in Savanah if I have to. I'd rather stay in the state because eventually I have to try to get back. I had to drive 108 miles one way into Tampa just to find concrete screws so I could board up my house. At the same time my wife waited in line at a lumber yard for three hours for ply wood. This season seems horrible. |
