Subject: Peanut Sesame Chicken

Peanut Sesame Chicken

INGREDIENTS:

(2tbsp)-Soy Sauce  (1cup)-Orange Juice  (1can)-Baby Corn   (1)- Red Pepper, sliced

(1sm head)- Broccoli cut into pieces  (1lb)-Bonelss Chicken Breast cut into strips  (5Tbsp)-Water

(2tbsp)-toasted sesame seeds  (2 tbsp)-Vegetable Oil  (2tsp)-Corn Starch

(2tbsp)-Sesame Oil  (1/3cup)- Unsalted Peanuts

1)  Heat the oils in a wok, add the chicken.  Stir fry for 4-5minutes or until cooked.

 

2)  Add the broccoli, corn, and pepper.  Stir fry for another 1-2 minutes.

3)  Mix the soy, orange juice and cornstarch.

 

4)  Add the sauce, stir until thickens into a glaze.

5)  Stir in the sesame seeds and peanuts.  Mix for another 3-4 minutes.  Serve with rice.
