I am after some help. My start time for The Blenheim Triathlon is 2pm. I have been training with my nutrition for an early moirning start. Can nayone advise me as to how I should approach meals leading up to a 2pm start?
I would say just eat your normal breakfast and your lunch at 12. That gives plenty of time for digestion before your race start. Sip on Gatorade type drink maybe half hour before and leading up to. Just don't experiment with things that you haven';t used before. Practice makes perfect.
