Comments: Seeing buoys was tough. Nobody to draft off of. But went very easy the whole way, and kept breathing reasonable Transition 1
Comments: Couldn't get my feet into shoes to save my life. Need to practice. What would you do differently?: Everything was good except getting into the shoes after mounting bike Bike
Comments: Chain fell off the first mile. Easy fix though. Legs were dead from training earlier in the week. What would you do differently?: Don't try and shift large and small chainrings at once. Transition 2
Comments: Pretty good transition. Need What would you do differently?: to remember to take helmet off earlier in the transition. Run
Comments: Not too bad considering the fatigue from the week. Much better patience than earlier Olympic races. Post race
Warm down: 20-30 min of easy biking What limited your ability to perform faster: Bike climbing. Need to continue getting back into climbing shape. Event comments: Needed more volunteers for body-marking, as that's what held up the race from starting on time. Last updated: 2007-07-09 12:00 AM
