Woke up at 4:00am and arrived at the race venue at 5:30am. Picked up packet and waited until 6:15am.

Comments:

I felt great, but probably pushed too hard with a triathlon this weekend. This was my first time under 20:00, and I was very happy with it.
What would you do differently?:

Hang onto the #1 and #2 finishers longer. I held the same 50m difference for the entire race. I just couldn't close the gap.

What limited your ability to perform faster:

Ability. I performed as well as I could with my current fitness.

Event comments:

A great tradition. I will do it again next year.
