Have been lurcking for some time so I think it's about time I said Hi. Currently training for a HIM in New Zealand in November (I'm a kiwi living in Sydney.......there are a lot of us!).
Have done a couple of sprint triathlons in the past but this time I'm going to actually train for the HIM. Loving the training and really don't mind getting up at 4:30 am to get in the ride/swim.........is there something wrong with me?

Thanks for saying hi!!! Always like the folks from Down Under (Kiwis, I mean, not that OTHER Down Under where you're living )

Well it's the old story....come over to Sydney in 1979 for a 3 month holiday and just kind of stayed! What part of NZ you from? I'm ex ChCh.

Grew up mainly in Auckland, (lived overseas for 6 years in my teens), then Chch, Paraparaumu and Wellington before moving here

hey welcome to the site, lots of good stuff on here.
yes, as said earlier there is something wrong with most of us here, i am training for my first IM CDA in 2008. most in my neighborhood in kansas city missouri think i am crazy along with my wife.....
just out of curiosity what is KIWI, to me thats a fruit
