What would you do differently?: sight more. ![]() Transition 1
What would you do differently?: had a great transition. it was a long way from the water to the bike area and then it was a long way from the bikes to the road to mount. ![]() Bike
Comments: ate the shot blox on the bike and also took a little gel(watered it down a little and put it in a flask to drink easier)had great cadence on the bike and I flet strong. avg speed was way higher than I have ever maintained before. Yahoo!!! ![]() Transition 2
Comments: felt great on the transition. I think I missed the timing mat because my run ended up a little short(which makes the transition time longer) What would you do differently?: try riding with feet out of shoes. Who knows maybe it will help. ![]() Run
Comments: felt like I was floating on the run. Kept a nice and even pace the whole time. felt very strong. ![]() Post race
