great site, with loads of info. I just started multisports this year with a duathlon and one triathlon, I am getting ready for my second tri in a week and half. It is definitely at my limit of distance that is for sure, but I am so looking forward to it. even if I take 3 hours to complete. Just wanted to say Hi.

Welcome to BT Jim.

You're right.  There's a wealth of information here.

Best of luck in your upcoming race!

thanks for replying, and wishing me luck, I will need it I believe. I have a cycling background, so when I get on the bike I have a difficult time containing my enthusiasm. I will try to pass every person I can see, which tends to leave me useless on the run! my first two races, duo and the first tri I only had to go 2 miles and 3 miles on the run, so it could struggle through, but this next one is a 6 mile run. I don't think I know how to pace myself very well! a learning process! thanks again.

Best of luck in your race!

I can sympathize with your over-enthusiasm cycling, it's definitely my favorite too.
