I started using this recipe during my college days...takes about 2 min to prepare and 1.5 hrs to cook. If you use family size packs and you'll have lunch's for three days.

1 pack of boneless skinless chicken breasts (family size)
2 cans of chicken noodle soup
Pepper

Pour both cans of soup into a large casserole dish, add one can of water, add chicken breasts, sprinkle with pepper and WAHHHLA!

Sounds good. I have one very similar. boneless, skinless chickn breasts in casserole dish. Pour in brown rice (white if you must :-) ) and fill with water (about an inch above chicken) and a chicken boullion cube. Chicken comes out very moist and rice has nice flavor. Oh yeah, cook at 400 for about an hour until rice is done.

ok, since it's about chicken.....here's mine:

shicken breasts, thighs, legs, whatever is your favorite part, in a bag with seasoned bread crumbs. A cheap version of shake and bake without all the extra added garbage. No need to coat with milk or egg, just shake, and bake.

Even my kids (who are sick of all the chicken I make) will eat chicken done this way. I do pork chops this way too. EASY!
