Ate a Luna bar, some pretzels, and a banana. Drank water. Stretched.

What limited your ability to perform faster:

Slowing down for U turns on bike. Should have drank more.

Event comments:

There was a lack of volunteers. Also, it took a long time to get the race results for the awards ceremony.
