Subject: Email Notification for thread posts
Most of the time I get notifications when email threads I have posted on have updates, but sometimes the thread is not set to send email notification (toggle email notification feature). I have it set to use the BBS defaults, did these defaults get changed recently for server upgrades or anything?

They did get changed recently.  The default is now 'no', so toggle it to 'yes' and you should be good.
