Subject: Challenge I thought I submitted this last night but it appears that they did not come through. I will try again.
My goals for November are to run 16 miles, lose 10 lbs, and bike for 8 miles on my new Kreitler rollers or outside if weather permits. That is a huge goal for me because I just bought my rollers and have spent about 3-4 minutes falling off of them. If anyone out there has some insight or advice of how to be a safe beginner on the rollers it would be much appreciated.
