team T.I.T.S. prologue

I have a hard time finding our team post.  Since we can't start the "stage race" until tomorrow, I figured it would be good to post a pre-race prologue stage here!  Is everyone ready to rock and roll?  Get the bikes on the trainers, lube up the chain, drag out the stack of DVDs of cheesy movies and lets pedal our butts off!
