What kind of cockpit is that?

 Side note...I'll be posting picks of my new Sheila once I get a new digital camera (I drove away with mine on the trunk of my car).

The aero bars are PD carbon x1.5 with the integrated stem and s bends

This was one of my road bikes - swapped out the fork, bars, and stem and flipped the seatpost around.
(When you're 4'11" finding a real TT bike to fit is nearly impossible).
