All: I've kind of hit a weird spot in my training regimen. Like I mentioned before, I find myself mostly doing 45-60min trainerroad rides or light strength training 3 days a week and then training really hard on weekends when I have time and can work out in the morning while it's cool. I ran 10 miles on Sunday (furthest I've ever run in one go ) and am feeling really motivated about that, but not sure where to go from here. My volume is increasing but my speed remains constant.
Also, is anyone familiar with Infinit nutrition? Looks like a pretty solid (if somewhat expensive ) sports drink and I thought I might try a bag. |
