All you will need to do is log up you teams weekly totals in a team spreadsheet (I'll set up the team spreadsheets with hyperlinks to each team members log, example attached) and post it on Mondays to the Captains thread (unless I get time to look at the Google deal).

Florida-Fish Swim Challenge??? Is Cat really going to let you keep that name????

Google is easy. If you want, we can use the account I set up this month. You just upload the spreadsheets, and poof! It's done. Very easy to do. Plus, it allows everyone to update their numbers. (And fortunately, no one mangled the thing. LOL)

I need to adjust my time goal down to 250 minutes. I just got my next four week training plan and apparantly I'm supposed to be taking the next 2 weeks off.
