Can't really give good advice, since good advice would be to let yourself heal up. But with your 100 in Feb, you won't do that. So the best advice I can offer is to lay off all intensity (like the 12 mile progression run you did the other day ), if you want some intensity in your program, work in some cross training.
That said, could be worse than "somewhat painful." |
