LOL I think it's been about a month. I did try to find a swim coach who could look at my technique. I found one about an hour away. But I wanted to rest the shoulder a bit before I do that. The problem is that without seeing a doctor, I can't get a referral to a PT. (Welcome to the wonderful world of medical insurance...) |

Master 1870 Fort Worth | Subject: RE: They Who Shall Not be Named! So was i missed? Darn didn't think so! Had a great day out today. My son tricked me by having me stop at his aunts house where they proceeded to surprise me with a good luck party for my run tomorrow. My son is proud of his dad for even just attempting this run, cool kid huh? Yeah that makes me lucky. He even noticed that I didn't eat the cheesecake last night and guess what the celebration cake was? A cheesecake. All i can say is that I had a great time and even more motivation for tomorrow. However I'm really tired now and I plan to get up at 5am and out the door by 6am. Should be there by 6:30 if there's no traffic and it starts at 7:30. I do plan to hang out for some festivities and beer and then it will be a long nap afterwards, but of course not before I post up my results. All kidding aside, thanks for all the great advice and friendship everyone provides me. It really is appreciated and has become a driving factor in this new found love of triathlon training. When everyone else thinks we're crazy, it's people like you that validate the direction that I'm headed in. Whether I finish tomorrow or not doesn't matter, what matters is that i just started. I'm an automatic winner because of you guys. Good night. |

Thats why you ask them for the qualifications FIRST... and talk to them about their training experience so you know they are right for you! Im very picky when it comes to who deals with my body, you onlt get one so you have to find someone who you like, respect and want to train with... |
