Subject: RE: wwlani's let's get started group - ClosedMonday- sick kids, no workout Tuesday- 3 mile run at an incline Wednesday- aerobics in the am, kickboxing in the pm Thursday- 40 min swim  (bonus wall paper removal, and fence construction workouts ) Friday- aerobics  (bonus fence workout-- but I am almost done ) Weekend- non-existant  my hunny was out of town so the kids and I played MOnday aerobics Today 5 mile run, 5 ish miles on the bike with kids in the trailer going to and from school I found out that I placed 4th in the Athena division of my race.  Not bad.  My swim times were better than all but one athena competitor  (she finished in 1:11 -- much faster than the rest of us.  2nd fisished in 1:26, 3rd in 1:30, me at 1:34... )  Looking to cut off more in future races.  Going for better form on the bike to increase efficiency, fixing my back so I can transition from bike to run with more ease-- chiropractor is helping with that.  More confidence running at a faster pace for longer distances-- I will not die, I can push it a little more.  |
