Yeah I am, except in the evening the cough comes back strong and I'm still not sure why. My chest congestion seems to have cleared up real good. I pushed it tonight by doing a spin session but I was going crazy not doing anything.

Hector...good to see that you are starting to feel better! Amy and I are signing up for the Spring Sprint Tri on Sunday...ya in? I will be at the surf competition tomorrow but will be back in late afternoon...hoping you feel WHOLE again and think about joining us for the sprint tri in SD. Have a great night...I am calling it a night. Chaperoned a dance this evening and them little whippersnappers wore me out!

lyssa-gator - 2008-01-12 8:58 AM SOOOOOOOOOO, i'm signed up to do a sprint tri in april. first of my season. i'm doing it with a friend. AND i just found out the other day that my over-weight-desperatly-trying-to -change-her-life best friend is going to do it too!! i'm SO excited!! i'm taking her some books today with some easy triaing plans in there. ALSO, i'm still trying to talk my mom in to doing it also. if i were a disease, i'd be spreading.

Yeah but your a healthy disease.

Hi all you twisted, blisters, misters, and sisters (I love that Julie). Just checking in for the day. As usual the weekend is filled with family stuff so I won't be around.

I got my run in this morning, and I am at 32% of my goal and on track to complete the goal by the end of the month. I almost took the bike out when I got back it was such a beautiful day, and we are forecasted to have snow on Sunday....but too many things to do so I didn't.

Hector glad you are starting to feel better

Beth have a great peaceful weekend, full of excitement for your upcoming adventures.

lyssa-gator - 2008-01-12 1:29 PM oh GEEZ!!! i just hot some kind of wall or something. maybe i'm just having an off day. maybe it's the FREEZING rain. i ran 2 miles in exactly 23 minutes, but i thought i was dying. my lungs felt like they were exploding, my heart felt like it was exploding, my thighs were on fire. it was just like.....well you know.....but without the........well, you know ok, logging, stretching, then gonna go lay down with my good buddy, the ice pack.

Sorry for such a crappy run....unfortunately sometimes we just have days like that. I had one yesterday at the pool I swore I was swimming in wet cement!

We will actually be getting back that day from driving down to Bako's (bakersfield) for a duathlon (mountain bike and run) competition which is on the 18th. See you soon. Sorry, Hector, not souther CA.  We are flying in to San Francisco and then heading out to Manteca where our daughter and family are.  Finally getting to see that new granddaughter of mine.  And of course her two big (4 & 3) brothers.

So, I'm folding laundry and Frank is on BT.  Do you think he caught the BT bug?

If that is the case - we never heard from you!?!?!....FRANK where are you!?!? hoping nothing blew up on you at work or at home....that or you are not back floating in that pool again. he he
